Absolutely! To minimize your risk for non-compliance and to protect you from potential claims or lawsuits, we will go through your handbook like a fine tooth comb to make recommendations and rewrite your existing handbook. We can also develop your handbook from scratch if you don’t currently have one.
There are many reasons for low employee morale. We will “peel back the onion” and work with your supervisors and employees via employee engagement surveys and general conversations to find the root of the problem. We will then bring those results to you and make recommendations on how to improve your employee morale. We can also provide training to both staff and management on how to improve morale at your organization.

We can find out what your competition is paying and also what a particular wage or salary is for a specified title. We can also find out what benefits are offered at other companies and provide this information to you. Note: If you are a client of ours, we will not disclose wages or benefits to other companies, nor will we disclose wages to you if a competitor is a client. We can also develop a tiered compensation plan for your organization.
